Intervention 03/13/05 Starring that chick from ER and Gabe

Episode 2:

Addicted gambler, Gabe, has lost more than $500,000 as well as his family's home. Actress Vanessa, who has had a featured role on the hit TV show "ER," is a compulsive shopper. Now on the verge of bankruptcy, she still can't stop. Confronted by families and interventionists, Gabe and Vanessa face their serious troubles.
Man, what a great show. I never knew that nurse from ER was that screwed up. I've heard of a shopping addiction, but I've never seen anything like that.

Gabe was far worse, though. If I had a kid that lost me my house, I would disown them.

For testing at a genius level as a kid, Gabe sure is an idiot. A spoiled brat of one.
Anyone else want to wring his neck when he kept insisting it was his parent's obligation to continually bail him out?

I couldn't stand the whiney bastard by the end of the show. He was a 31 year old man with the maturity of a 8 year old boy.

My guess is that his 3 weeks of therapy won't stick since he left early and he will head back to his old ways.
