I know XIII was for all.

I'd have to examine the bargain bins/clearance sections to come up with all the others.

Don't forget Mark Of Kri for the PS2. That's an awesome game (with a sequel on the way).

Apparently you are incorrect

But while the characters are cartoonish, the game is not cel-shaded by any means. For those of you who don’t know what it means to be cel-shaded, cel-shading is a technique used in computer graphics that makes 3D images look like comic book art. MoK does not use cel-shading. Rather, the game uses plain and unadorned textures to give the characters a flat, two-dimensional look reminiscent of recent Disney movies. But while the characters are flat and plain looking, the environments are very much three-dimensional and quite detailed.

OK, I stand corrected. It LOOKS cel-shaded to me, though.

Dark Cloud 2 for PS2, I highly recommend it
Also, Ultimate Muscle for the Gamecube. The PS2 version, though it is pretty much the same game with a bigger roster, is not cell-shaded, though.
