Is this the Disney show or movie about a scarecrow in the revolutionary war times that was on years ago? 1964 ? If this is it anyone have any info on a release date for this? I remember watching this as a kid but the facts are a bit fuzzy because it was so long ago.

This movie scared the crap out of me when I was a kid. I loved it.

That film was announced for a release in the fall of 2004. It never did release I have heard nothing since. It was a great film.
