No. You would have to create a brand new one.

View the page without the subfolders and check the box above all of the entries. This will select every entry you have. Then select delete. It will then delete all of them.

Apparrently it is possible to change your username at dvd aficionado according to the following thread.

Just delete your cookies. Make a new username. Search the site for your old username. Then it will say something like "copy this guy's titles to my..." (something along those lines) and then copy them to your new username.

I just asked the site admin to change my username. It worked just fine.
