other wants
2 disc Clash of the Titans

The Thing From Another World could use a special edition. I was excited when it first came out, but now it seems like they dropped the ball. Them! would also be a welcome addition.

I'm looking forward to Forbidden Planet!! As a former reader of Famous Monsters of Filmland, I used to read about all the Universal Monster movies, and the classic sci fi movies of the 1950's. It is good that today we can all now own a copy of our favourite classic movie, and that due to the wonders of modern technology, it will look and sound better now than id did when it was originally released!

Also, Futureworld is not owned by Warner Bros. American International made it, so it's with MGM.

MGM films made after 1984 remained with MGM. United Artist pictures remained with MGM. As did the American International pictures (like Futureworld).

I'd like DEMON SEED which they said a year ago was on their schedule but I haven't heard anything since. Also LOOKER, a film they said they had no plans for but I hope they've changed their mind. With actors like Albert Finney, James Coburn, and directed by Michael Crichton, I'm surprised this one isn't out yet.

A special edition of 2010 would be great, I'd settle for 16x9.

I just hope they put half the work into these as they have with some of the classics they have been putting out.

"The Time Machine" already is an SE, and it's pretty nice, too. The doc about where the machine has been over the years is fascinating... the current owner FOUND IT IN A THRIFT STORE!!!
