Extras announced for "Clarissa Explains It All: S1" and "Pete and Pete: S1"!

TVShowsOnDVD updated the respective pages earlier today:

The Adventures of Pete and Pete: Season 1

Extras:
4 Bonus Pete & Pete Specials
Pete & Pete Shorts
Polaris Music Station
Audio Commentaries from Show Creators and Director
Clarissa Explains It All: Season 1

Extras:
MTV "Cribs" featuring the house of Melissa Joan Hart
Nick Time Capsule
Some are speculating "Nick Time Capsule" is the 60-minute special which aired in 1992 that commemorated when Nickelodeon buried a time capsule at Nickelodeon Studios. Melissa Joan Hart was part of that event.

The Pete and Pete set looks GREAT!

Awesome! I'm a bit confused...

4 Bonus Pete & Pete Specials
Pete & Pete Shorts

What were the 'sepcials'? I don't recall any.
I hope we get the other 2 (I beleive) seasons of Pete and Pete.

I wonder what the Polaris music station is? They had some good music but apparently their cd was only availble on a cereal box.

Actually, a few years ago, Polaris released a CD with all the music they did for the television show.

This is just... just... too much awesomeness! Getting these shows on DVD in the first place is enough, they're so cool and shaped my childhood- but extras! Wow! The "Polaris Music Station" sounds promsing, they're such an ace band. I've almost played out my little tape of them I got from a Pete & Pete cereal box promo I sent in how many years ago (and I never got around to buying their cd, bad me) so this will be really nice.

Thanks for posting this news, you made my whole week! Now all I need is Are You Afraid of The Dark?, Roundhouse, and the first few seasons of All That and I got my Snick right there! Then they could put out Hey Dude, Fifteen, Salute Your Shorts, Welcome Freshmen, You Can't Do That On Television and just do the entire "when Nickleloden was actually cool" thing...

Very happy the shorts are included. The specials being included are a big surprise though.

Can't wait.
