The only one that really stands out is Nadia.
Whatever happens, I think that the regular comp. between the finalists is going to be a bloodbath for anyone without a penis. Anthony excluded.

BTW, Adrian - Love your name.
What is up with Vonzell's outfit? Is she trying to be Don Cheadle's porn partner in Boogie Nights?

Janay, your time in this competition is done. America needs to vote her out. She's horrible. She should have been gone two weeks ago.
Paula Abdul gets a big for telling people that they need to vote for Janay to keep her in the competition. That is wrong.

In keeping with the baseball theme...
Home Run
Nadia - while her voice doesn't have a pleasing tonal quality to it, the gal knows how to perform, and rev up a crowd, and in this group, it makes all the difference. She is so comfortable in her performance, and is light-years ahead of the girls in this aspect of her game.
Triple
Jessica - by default, she legs out a triple by showing up and swinging her boys around. Not a fan of the song, but she also commands the stage, and sings effortlessly for her vocal range (but I still don't like the tonal quality of her vocals).
Double
Carrie - her nerves got to her in spots, and if she had been walking a tightrope, she finally look down and saw no net underneath. But, she's got great potential and didn't hurt her chances into the final 12.
Vonzell - fun, and light, but her vocals are outclassed by at least 3 of the girls, if not 4.
Single
Lindsey - got a little shouty throughout the song, and her lower registers weren't right for that song because it requires upper registers that Lindsey can't provide.
Amanda - the sound engineers didn't like her as her vocals sounded wonky at the beginning, but it was a cruiseship singer type of performance.
Mikalah - Wake Me Up Before She Go-Go's. The first part of that song encroach upon the Sominex patent. The ending couldn't save the performance, plus she needed another gear for the very end that she doesn't have, but Babs does.
Strikeout
Janay - what was with the coked-up Whitney look tonight? Her Indian name would be "Sings with Fear".

My top 3
Jessica, Nadia, Carrie
Meh tonight, but probably safe
Vonzell, Amanda, Mikaylah
Must go, I repeat must go this week to avoid real embarrassment later
Janay - Ok, who is still voting for her? She's been the worst every week. Selena is rolling in her grave right about now.
Lindsay - Unfortunately, she just hasn't improved or picked songs to really suit her voice. Time to go.
Thanks to Vonzell's "Daddy" for the outfit

Aside from Carrie, Jessica, and Nadia, it was pretty much amateur night.
I thought Jessica and Nadia gave the best performances; still can't warm up to Carrie, but I think that she and Nadia will be the only two ladies to stick around. I wouldn't be surprised at all if, when we get down to the 12 finalists, the first four to go are all of the girls except Carrie and Nadia. Which would them give those two some staying power -- they would get all of the voters predisposed to vote for female contestants -- while the guys are weeded out.
My pick for the final two would be Bo and Nadia, providing they can both keep their momentum and Nadia doesn't start going diva on us.

I am underwhelmed with Nadia. I like her look and her performances overall but it doesn't add up for me. She's good but not great. I feel she's overrated. She was not able to get away with the ballad last week.
I've enjoyed all of Jessica's performances and vocals. She was the best last night.
Very versatile voice which should really work well when they start the theme nights.
I'd also like to see Lindsey go further. Really like the husky voice. Very unique.
As for purity and control, I think Carrie stands out. Other than the Tiffany song though, her song choices haven't shown her full potential.
Vonzell did a good job tonight. I'm kind of tired of Respect on this show though.
All of the other girls were far behind. As bad as she's been, Janay does have sort of a Mary J Blige quality in her voice. But she SHOULD go. Whether she does is anybody's guess.

if their performance was a big factor in deciding a winner, travis would be the hands down winner... but i dont like her for this competition.

Yeah, another vote for Janay to leave. She's always out of tune and she gets an expression on her face like someone is off-camera, pointing a gun at her.
Amanda or Lindsey should accompany her.
