The Magic Garden?

This was a great show to grow up with - I still remember some of the songs (Story Box, the intro and ending theme song) and I haven't heard the songs in almost 20 years, so there you go.

What were those girls' names? Couldn't tell you, but I remember the Chuckle Patch. And that branch that came down with a picnic basket.

I want my kid to know this show. Will it ever be released?

They were Carole and Paula. You must be from the NYC area--this was a WPIX local show. I totally remember this show, along with the original Wonderama (with Bob McAllister), Joya's Fun School, and Villa Allegre! I remember they used to give out Lender's Bagels as prizes on Wonderama. Too funny. Havebn't heard anything about a DVD release, though.

See ya, see ya,
Glad that you could stay a while, da dum,
Glad that we could say "Good morning" to ya,
Hope you'll have a shiny day

WPIX was just New York? FOX is syndicated, as is NBC, ABC, etc. Not WPIX? You mean the rest of the country missed out on The Magic Garden?! What a crime!!

See Ya, See ya...
Hope you have a good good moring,
to ya...
Hope we get to see you again.

I met those 2 at the College of Staten Island.

see ya see ya, hope you had a good good time, da-dum, hope you had a good good morning, hum-hum, hope we get to see you again...da-dum, da-da-da--da-da-da-da-da, see ya see ya, glad that you could stay awhile, doh-doh, glad that we could say good morning, to ya, hope we get to see you again

camera backs away from the singing duo, and the garden gates close. Always a sad moment.
