Warner Brothers "Film Noir 3pk" on March 1?

Just browsing around on Amazon, and I noticed this. There's no information about it at all except this:

Product Details

* Starring: Kirk Douglas, See more
* Encoding: Region 1 (U.S. and Canada only. This DVD will probably NOT be viewable in other countries. Read more about DVD formats.)
* Format: Color, Closed-captioned
* Rated: NR
* Studio: Warner Home Video
* DVD Release Date: March 1, 2005
* DVD Features:
o Number of discs: 3
* ASIN: B000765I0Y

I assume it'll probably be a repackaging, but does anyone know what will be in it? Kirk Douglas is the only actor they mention, but I can't imagine they'd repackage Out of the Past already. I'm just not sure what else this could be.

Oh, and what's more is it says colour. Odd, I know very few colour noirs and I don't think any of them are Warner.

The Postman Always Rings Twice (1946)

Dark Passage (1947)

The Bad and the Beautiful (1952)

But is it a box...or just a shrink wrap job

That's a pretty strange choice for three movies to bundle together. And alas, I already have the Postman Always Rings Twice and Dark Passage. Haven't seen the Bad and the Beautiful before though. It isn't one I see on many noir lists. Is it really a film noir or is it one that's just sort of associated with them?

I wouldn't consider it film noir, and it rarely seems to be listed as so. But don't let that distract you from checking it out. It's a very good film.

Looking into it a little, it does sound very interesting. I'll keep my eyes open for it.
