Just what the thread title says. Look for the coupon in the Sunday ad or in stores (they always have copies of the ad floating around somewhere for customer use). I don't remember the limit for sure, but I want to say 4.

Even though I am holed up in the midwest now, I seem to recall there being Fred Meyer stores all throughout the pacific northwest, specifically remember them in The Dalles, OR; Portland, OR; and Santa Rosa, CA. They aren't DVD or electronics stores -- they're comparable to Target.

Thanks for the explanation. I wasn't sure what it was.

When students from out of state first came to the Oregon college I attended, everyone talked about going to Fred Meyer's, and for a little while they wondered who this guy Fred was and why he was so popular that everyone wanted to go to his place.

Fred Meyer may actually be a guy that wants people to come to his place. He thought that this would be a perfectly legal way for people to come and see him.

Fred Meyer is a small chain of stores in the NW (OR, WA) and has food, home electonics and clothes. Founded way back in the 1930's (I think) by a guy named "Fred Meyer" who opened one store.
We call it "Freddies" around here in Portland.

I also believe Fred Meyer is now owned by Kroger.
