Gone In 60 Seconds had some semi decent extras (definately wasn't barebones..) ..be neat to see what they come up with..be cool if there's a commentary with all the cast...

You got that right.

I still have and watch the VHS that I bought at the jockey lot for $3.00 Glad to be giving it to someone else soon.

Crap I just bought Coyote Ugly and Gone in 60 Seconds....I really hope I don't have to double dip on those. Father of the Bride I will be getting though.

Gone in 60 Seconds is supposed to be a Directors Cut version. I am interested in that one and Father of the Bride.

Now I don't know the reasoning behind the rest of these releases, but Sling Blade deserves and needs an SE and a better presentation.

Yeah I think Sling Blade is non-anamorphic so I would definitely upgrade for that (give me a good excuse to watch it again too). Father of the Bride is also non-anamorphic.

I'd pick up Sling Blade. What the hell is the deal with Coyote Ugly? Did anyone like it that much that there's a demand for a Special Edition? I never understand how something like that gets a Special Edition and so many cool movies are left with just the trailer (if we're lucky) as the extra.

What about a SE for Con Air?

Definitely picking up Sling Blade; been waiting a while for that one.

Coyote Ugly's unrated version will probably be a shot of Piper or another Coyote shaving her legs.

Where does is say Coyote Ugly will be unrated?

If an 'unrated' version is released,at least this listing on filmratings.com will finally make sense....it has been on there for a few years, but I have never seen anything other than the PG-13 version released..

Coyote Ugly/Director's Cut (2002)
Buena Vista Home Entertainment
R Rated R for sexuality.
**

Coyote Ugly (2000)
Buena Vista Pictures Distribution
PG-13 Rated PG-13 for sensuality.

So, will Sling Blade SE include the short that started it all... "Some Folks Call It a sling Blade?
