The blasting techno music really rubbed me the wrong way.

Meh. The music still sounds out of place, like they had to go with an Immediate Music track because all the other superhero flicks have. Or maybe it's just that the action ain't all that hot.

98% of movie trailer music doesn't end up in the final film, largely because 95% of it is taken from other films. Film scores are the last thing done for a movie, so trailer editors usually just borrow something for use. So if the trailer music sounds like the same music other superhero films have, that's because it's the exact same music as another superhero film had.

I like the other trailer more. Then again, I was one of the odd ones who liked the music in the non-International trailer.

That's my biggest problem with the trailer - the music. The sweeping, epic style of the music, combined with the clips being shown, just seems out of place. Maybe if the editing were done better it'd work, but not this way.

Overall not a bad trailer. Loved seeing The Thing slam through the semi :thumbsup:

And Doom looks great. The music didn't bother me that much, but it did seem little overdramatic.

I finally saw both trailers and really liked them. The music didn't even bother me. And I'm glad to see that Ioan Gruffud and the guy playing Johnny Storm look a lot better in the film than they do in the promo pictures. A LOT better. Then again, I should have expected that since this is from Fox. (No offence, Jack. ;)) Afterall, all the promo pictures for X-Men (especially those of Jackman) sucked compared to what the actors looked like in the actual film so I'm suprised I didn't expect the same from Fantastic 4.

Oh and Julian McMahon is the best villain casting ever! And I second Deftones' :thumbsup: for Chicklis.
