I was hoping that either my prescription on my glasses needed changing or my DVD might have been defective. The "out-of-focus" elements as well as some haze and moire artifacting in one of Winfield's houndstooth suits was really causing my head to hurt. Given the review though, I'm afraid this is the best we are going to see for this landmark film. It's truly a shame this stuff could'nt have been corrected during the production process. I'd definately purchase a corrected copy if one was made available, but I doubt we'll ever see one.
