MISSING INSERTS!

I ordered a couple of DVDs from DeepDiscountDVDs.com and the REAR WINDOW CE universal DVD came sealed without the 4-page booklet/insert. Does this ever happen to you guys? My darn luck. What should I do? Im located overseas as well.....

Maybe write to Universal to see if they can send you one.

In any event, it seems like some studios have been rather cheap by no longer including inserts in subsequent pressings of their DVDs.

Yeah I see less and less inserts included these days. How cheap can you get!

My problem is that I seem to be the only one on this website that doesn't understand what the big deal is about a piece of paper.

Universal no longer prints inserts for any new title or catalog title. So, you must have a new pressing of Rear Window.

When I bought the LE Hellraiser 1 and 2 tin, a couple years ago, it was missing an insert (a small version of the poster for pt. 2, with the chapter selections on the back). I didn't know what to do about it, so I didn't do anything. I figured that, since it's LE, it'd be hard to get a replacement. Would I still be able to do anything?
