Jeremiah Season 2 ever?

I've been recently watching Dark Angel which of course has somewhat of a similar plotline or at least similar settings as Jeremiah, and I'm really liking Dark Angel of what I've seen so far.

I know Jeremiah Season 1 has been out for quite some time, and so I was wondering if MGM is ever going to release the second season. I'd hate to buy the first season and never finish the series. According to TVTome, the first season had 20 episodes and the second had just 15.

I'm wondering the same thing. I just finished the season 1 set and I'm anxious to see season 2

The offical Jeremiah website says "Season 2 only on SHOWTIME", but it ended over a year ago.

Actually it ended with the last eps of Season 2 late September or Early October 2004. So maybe we'll see discs this year.

Oh OK, didn't realize it was that recent. When I checked TVTome, I didn't really pay that close attention to air dates.

It's because they held the second half of the second season hostage for almost a year before dumping them off so we could see them. It's easy to get confused.

So did they actually bring it to some sort of conclusion at the end of S2 (I assume there isn't a S3 right?) or did they just leave it hanging?
