Twenty Four (24): Day 4 [3:00 - 4:00] -- 2/14/05

24, Season 4, Episode 9, FOX, 9pm EST.

Spoiler:
Jack (Kiefer Sutherland) discovers the identity of the CTU traitor, which means time isn't on their side. There just aren't that many hours left in this day. Meanwhile, Behrooz (Jonathan Adout) -- now on the run from his murderous father -- seeks medical treatment for his wounded mother as the CTU closes in.

Edit - Corrected the day inside the thread. Thanks Michael Corvin for pointing my error.
However, could a mod correct the title to Day 4 when is displayed on the TV Forum.
Thanks in advance.

Here's a question for discussion to tide us over until tonight: how many presidential administrations has William Devane been a part of?

Secretary of State on West Wing
Secretary of Defense on 24
President on Stargate SG1

Any others? Can any other actor top three?

What's funny is my gf may actually suggest this to me since she is a bigger "24" fan than I am.

Since when did we enter day 5? Did Jack use his magical transportation powers to go ahead in time to find the terrorists? Just curious, I didn't swipe the spoiler above.

D'oh! Corrected the title on the thread however I can't change the original one.

If a mod can change to Day 4 it will be appreciated.

They should postpone Valentines day til tomorrow in respect for 24.

Alright alright, just re-air 24 on Tuesday for those of us who may be busy on this "holiday."

Although not a fictional character, William Devane played JFK in a 1974 TV production about the Cuban missile crisis, The Missiles of October.

I remember watching it when it first aired and I think it's better than the more recent movie Thirteen Days. Devane did a great job in this role. It's available on DVD now. Martin Sheen plays Bobby Kennedy.

Don't forget "The Monroes". I think it only 4-5 episodes (if that). He was a Senator or something like that....

Can we mix film & TV? If so, Martin Sheen ties it up with three presidential administration roles.

Would the Dead Zone also count since there was a scene of Sheen as President Stillson?

Based on the radio ads it sounds like tonight:

Wow. That scene with Jack bargaining with Behrooz' mom elevated 24 to another level.

you would think that people who used to work for/with Tony would be more loyal and know the REAL deal with his situation. i'm a little peeved that what's-his-face gave Jack and Tony a hard time about Tony being there. Sheesh!!

OMG! Edgar was so emotionless! it could have been such a great moment. too bad he couldn't get us to believe it at all! I really liked Edgar too. Guess he's just one dimensional (probably needs more experience is all).

Good episode, nice balance of drama and tugging at the heartstrings (Edgar and his mom, and Dina and Behrooz on the Looze).

Keeler, what a tricky guy, issuing a non-binding agreement.

I kept thinking what would Behrooz's theme music be as he was running through the hospital hallways.
