I would love to have more Brando in the library....but I'll wait for write-ups on this as I'm not sure it will be free of screw-ups.

OAR and 26.99 seems like a good deal to me....

wish they would have treated them nicer....i hate the four movies crammed onto 2 disc....wish it was set up like universal's Jimmy Stewart Collection...but that was just reissues

More injustice in the world of DVD: Universal releases these four "second-tier" Brando titles and Viva Zapata! remains in the Fox film vaults (instead, we get more "Studio Classic" soap operas like Return to Peyton Place and The Best of Everything.) Of course, if Universal ever releases Bedtime Story...which some critics consider the worse film of Brando's career...l'll pick it up on release week.

I want nice editions of 2 oft-maligned Brando films that I think are well-done & highly-entertaining: MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY and ONE-EYED JACKS (yes, the latter is out there on cheap discs but would like an "official" studio release with first-rate transfers).

I would also like to see Julius Caeser and Reflections in a Golden Eye released on DVD.

The Nightcomers & The Missouri Breaks are available on DVD in region 2 UK.

Each movie gets its own side, so it's essentially a four-disc set. Although there are inconveniences related to that presentation, the movies aren't crammed in the sense of being compressed to fit together on one side.

Are these movies good enough to warrant picking this up? Sorry, I'm behind on my classic films.

Thanks!

I have no problem with this, esp. given the low MSRP. It should be around $19.99 for essentially a 4 DVD set.
