Ultimate Electronics - Shark Tales and Shrek 2

Went to Best Buy to try to make them price match the $11.95 for Shark Tales at Ultimate. The would but refused to accept the Manufacturers Coupons. Best Buy had a deal that if you bought Shark Tales, you got Shrek 2 for $6.

So I went down the block to Ultimate. Asked them to price match Shrek 2 for $6 at Best Buy (I took a Best Buy ad when I left there). They agreed and then I produced the $3 coupons for each Shark Tales and Shrek 2. The argued a little, but I reminded them that they were Manufacturer Coupon and the would be reimbursted from the Manufacturer. They accepted them.

I got Shark Tales and Shrek 2 for $11.95 plus tax. This was starting to remind me of the old days

It was supposed to be the first Shrek. Getting Shrek 2 is a steal (literally)

The BB ad in my area was correct. It had Shrek for 6 with Shark Tale purchase. I tried to use the $3 off coupon also but a message kept popping up on the cashiers screen about the $6 deal and wouldn't subtract the $3. I asked her to scan Shark Tale then the $3 coupon, then Shrek. Sure enough it took the $3 off Shark Tale instead and gave me Shrek for $6. Total was $18.99+tax. Not as good as Wranglers' deal but I can't complain.

What city do you live in Wrangler? I have the Best Buy Ad from Sunday L.A. Times and it said Shrek not Shrek 2. I would jump on the deal if it was Shrek 2 since I never bought it when it came out.

I could be mistaken. Ultimate kept the ad and I cannot reverify.

If I was mistaken, so was Ultimate's employees (3 were involved in getting me the price match). I could have sworn the picture was for Shrek 2.
