Got the $12.99 price to display now. Seems to be dependant on your browser as to whether or not it's coming up properly. Adding two to your cart gives you free shipping. Three will qualify you for the rebate mentioned.

rebate says "All requests must be postmarked 15 days from invoice." ..purchase date..ship date? ..date printed on the invoice? ..I wouldn't risk it.
