I understand if threads are buried umpteen pages back... but this has been on the first and second pages of this forum all day being discussed. A search option wasn't even required here. Thanks for solving the case anyway, gumshoe

Er, because the thread is called "King Of The Hill Season 4, Simpsons Season 6" perhaps?

FYI: An "excellent" book for any Simpson fan " Planet Simpson: How a Cartoon Masterpiece Documented An Era and Defined a Generation " is a must read.

Season 6 also ends with Who Shot Mr. Burns Part 1!
Now we'll have to deal with a DVD cliffhanger...
But this is great, Season 6 not only has some of the greatest episodes of all time, it also has probably the best Treehouse Of Horror, and it has The Critic crossover episode A Star Is Burns. I can't wait to hear the commentary on that one, Groening was against the idea of it that he had his name taken off the episode, should make for a good commentary.

So psyched that this is coming out so fast & even more psyched that they still have commentaries on all the episodes.
IMO the Simpsons commentaries are some of if not consistantly the best commentaries put to DVD. Never a long dull silence, funny & informative (I never knew Conan O'Brian wrote a script for a Hans & Franz movie). Sure the creators do come off full of themselves, but this is a case where they could be, look at the impact of what the created.

Ditto, The Simpsons commentaries are my favorite that I've heard. June seems close considering 5 just came out recently. Fab news.

Has anybody actually clicked on the link? It states :

We've been contacted by Fox and told that the 6th season street date has not yet been announced, and that the information posted to the FoxTVDVD.com website was incorrect. We decided to pull this news item so there isn't confusion with consumers. If you've linked to this story from another site please pass the message on to them.
