Worth upgrading to these speakers? (Panasonic)

Frankly I would say no. First of all those power ratings are grossly exagerated and not even close to accurate. Secondly, Panasonic is not know for speakers and I do not believe that changing them will produce much if any noticeable improvement.

Un upgrade to Those particular speakers wouldn't be worthwhile. But depending on your budget a decent set of real speakers would be a huge upgrade over those Panasonics.

If you're willing to spend the money, you can experience a HUGE difference. But if you're going to do it, please don't blow your money on more Panasonic speakers...
If you post what your budget is, what receiver you'll be hooking it up to (the Panasonic from your first link I assume?), and what your listening habits are, you can get some good recomendations...
