Says subtitles are English and Korean, so it's definately not the official Criterion. They also state that " * The DVD image may not represent the actual coverart of DVD", so I'm guessing that artwork is just a placeholder.

I don't have this release, but I'm familar with other KoreanDVDs.com Criterion Collection bootlegs generally. It's a bootleg of the Criterion Collection release with removable Korean subtitles added.

From Criterion's FAQ page

"Oftentimes, bootlegs will be advertised as official Asian Criterion DVDs. This is not to be trusted! Criterion has never released alternate Asian editions of any of our DVDs and we have no plans to do so. "
