I was talking with a friend, and we started to wonder what projects the musicians in bands like brittany spears, and ashley simpson actually do. The music they're playing is far from challenging, they're not writing it, but it seems highly likely that they probably went to a school like berkely. more so, i doubt they are fans of the music they play.... so, what projects do they actually put their time into? seems like playing the pop gig gets you your paycheck to go use your talents how you want to.

this specifically got brought up because we were mocking how ashley blamed her band on the SNL screw up, and how it seemed like they couldn't give a shit when her tape... i mean band messed up
