Confirmed in Richmond, Virginia (Target off Hull Street/288 near the Commonwealth 20 movie theater -- not the closest Target to me, but the closest had a much smaller selection of dvds, no "Kids and Family Boxsets" section like this one, no sign of this set at that one); same shelf tags, even the same boxset titles on either side. Same exact deal! Little bit of a hike, but worth it; for anyone local, there were 2 left after I got mine :)

I found it at one of the Target stores in Vancouver, WA. It was the last copy they had, but they also had it listed as though $9.99 is the regular price.
I almost missed it, but found it in the "children's boxed sets" section, which in our Target was near the video tapes :yack: and the last row before it switched to the book section.

Snagged the last copy in the store, as they didn't have any more copies except the one on the shelf I grabbed. Thanks to the OP for pointing out this great deal.

A lot of the songs are repeated on the discs, but the extras are ported over from the original single-disc releases, so that's fantastic. This is selling for 40 bucks at most Christian bookstores!

Thanks for the post, New Rambler. I picked up 2 copies from the Springfield, OR Target (none in stock at Albany or Salem). It was stickered $25.99, but the self-scan showed $9.99 :)

If you have several Targets in your area, you can call Customer Service at one of the stores, give them the item number, and they can tell you which stores in the area have stock.

Another course might be to get a rain check so you could lock in the $9.99 price in case they raise the price.

I've seen it at 3 Targets, in the Kid's Box Set area (across the aisle from the Kid's single set area). Not too far from the Punky Brewster sets. Right next to Thomas the Tank Engine set.

Yes. I don't remember if it had a tag or not. But if it did it was in a different section so maybe they recently reset the aisle.
