One Tree Hill 1/25/2005

"The Heart Brings You Back", Episode #211.
Haley is surprised when her older sister, Taylor, comes to town, but not as surprised as Nathan, who recognizes her from a past tryst.

Finally. I'm surprised that the WB let it be known that Haley doesn't leave in the previews. Seems that some people actually thought she'd get on the bus to New York. I figured they'd play to that.

It's been nearly two months since the last episode, I'm surprised I remember what's going on. Hope Dan and Keith are a part of this episode.

Weird how Haley has a sister and I had no idea. What other family members do we not know about? It figures that a WB series filmed in Wilmington, NC would have someone having a relationship with a girl and later finding out that he's had a relationship with her sister too(Dawson-Eve-Jen). This is the kind of stuff that makes me a sucker for this show.

Thank you Andy for the link. I guess I did forget a lot of the show. I do hope in the end that Brook and Lucas get back together if nothing else than to mirror real life. I think the marriage is D.O.A. and maybe it might open up the possibility of Lucas and Hailey finally getting together.

Where have we seen the girl that plays Hayley's sister before? She looks familiar - and I am remembering her w/ shorter hair.

She was in Saved by the Bell: The New Class and The Guiding Light. So how many sisters does Haley have(Lucas asked, "which one?")?

A-ha! I thought she was in The New Class, but I wasn't sure. Thanks, AC.

I don't get the WB so would someone mind giving me an idea of what this show is like? I was considering picking it up blind at some point if it might be something I might enjoy (this and Everwood I know nothing about).

Ok, not bad....solid episode. Two things, though.

1.) The Dan/Keith/Jules storyline is just bad. Beyond bad. Who the hell does that?

2.) Since when has it been such a big damn deal to be lesbian? Maybe it's just the area that I live in and it's not as accepted in NC, but seriously...do people actually leave school when it comes out? Back when I was in school and now in everday life, homosexuality isn't a scarlet letter. If that's really the entire extent of Felix and Anna's "past", that's lame.

Dan is evil incarnate, don't ever forget that.

It could be that Felix and Anna's family is catholic, and being gay probably isn't something that her parents would accept easily (thus they simply uprooted the entire frikkin' family in light of the rumors).

What the hell happened to Jake's hair? It's so styled and "adult" looking now. Comparing him (Bryan Greenberg) to what he looked like last season, and also on "Unscripted", he just looks strange now.

Taylor is sooooooo much trouble, gotta love it.

It looks like all the women of One Tree Hill grew about 2 more inches on their hair from the midseason hiatus.

That fight between Felix and Lucas was bizarre. I figure Lucas should be suffering some nasty internal injuries given his past stays in the hospital due to previous injuries. Can't wait until Felix to gets his, can't stand the punk.

If you liked Dawson's Creek, it's probably an ok blind buy. My condolences for not having the WB(Everwood is also one of my favorites).

I wouldn't have known if I hadn't of looked it up at IMDB. I was just checking to see if she was any relation to Jo from Facts of Life.

So many lies.

I think that's what makes this show so great. That and the bad acting.

Missed the episode because of work. Could someone please post a recap of what went down in the episode. Did Jack leave Tree Hill again?
