1/2 Off Fox Season 1 TV hits on DVD at GoodGuys
I'm not sure if this was already posted but in the Sunday LA Times, The Good Guys' ad had a few advertised dvd box sets at those Amazon.com prices:
Season One Boxed DVDs
24 = 24.99
Lost In Space = 34.99
Buffy the Vampire Slayer = 14.99
Anger = 24.99
Dark Angel = 14.99
Futurama = 14.99
Son of the Beach = 14.99
the Bernie Mac Show = 14.99
The Shield = 24.99
Mary Taylor Moore Show = 24.99
The X-Files = 44.99
NYPD Blue = 14.99
and straight off of the ad:
"Plus: New releases starting at 14.99" (wonder what the prices are for Batman and Superman...)

Also, lots of stores have been running the 50% off sale within the past month. I know for sure that Virgin Megastore, Tower Records, and Suncoast have been doing it (although 50% off of full MSRP). FYE did it for a few titles last week during their sale.
This may a good deal if any of you have gift cards to burn at those stores.
