build your own mame setup?

i'm sure this topic has been covered, but i did a search here and couldn't find the thread i thought existed... i am moving into a new house and want to make a mame arcade machine..i'm not handy so i have no desire to build a cabinet.. here are the things i think i would need to get it running:

cabinet
monitor
joystick/controller
speakers
computer (running mame)

am i forgetting anything? can someone recommend a good place to get a cabinet? ideally, local to austin/san antonio would be best to save on a shipping. any tips would be much appreciated.
