Al, don't know. However, in investigating, I tried to go further with the link (didn't try using it befopre I posted) and it asks for a promo code, which I don't have...in other words, I have no idea if how/if this even works.

If anyone else wants to chime in, feel free, otherwise I'll delete this post.

I received one via snail mail for $10 of $25. It is the second one I have received in the past couple of months. Only valid at the website though.
