Simpsons Episode Censored????
I was just watching The Simpsons episode "Lisa the Treehugger" on tv and think it might have been censored. There was the Texas guy buying the rights to cut down a redwood tree. He comes onto the stage and starts whoopin' and hollerin'. I could have sworn he had six-shooters blazing the first time this aired. Can anyone confirm this or do I remember the scene incorrectly?

When shows hit syndication, it's normal to have a few minutes chopped off of each episode.
When I was watching the 5th season DVD set of the Simpsons, I cracked up at the bits that were cut which I haven't seen in ages.

Please never use the word Censored again.
As DJ stated. Syndication makes shows cut 2 minutes of the show anyways. It's not censorship. it's just making sure it fits the time slot.

I don't remember him shooting off the guns in that appearance in the original airing, which is what my taped version is from (if I knew which tape it was on, I would go check to be completely sure. Maybe later).
