Tru Calling Best Price?
Does anyone know where I can buy Tru Calling for like $30. Or atleast where the best price would be? It's $41.99 at overstock.com & $44.99 at amazon. or does anyone with any inside info know when the price will come down. I just hate not getting a deal. Like when I paid $60 for The Twilight Zone (2002). Then like a month later it was over $10 cheaper.

Foxstore.com had a 50% off coupon last March. If you could wait a month or two, they might do it again. I know that this is a sketchy idea, but if they repeat the coupon this year, the price would be $24.

I've been trying to trade 7 copies of Tru Calling (new & sealed) that I got a good deal on, but no one in the trade forum has been very interested. So... feel free to email me any proposed trades for this. Just make sure what you are offering will be similar SRP value (maybe another box set?). Please check the link in my signature to make sure you are not offering something I have already.

I thought this series was a little predictable, but very enjoyable and definitely recommend it, although I just saw this unfortunate news from TVGuide.com:
TRU OR FALSE?: It's the answer Tru Calling fans have dreaded. Gail Berman confirmed to me Monday that the Eliza Dushku thriller has been laid to rest, although she noted that "we finished six episodes... and we anticipate putting them on the air at some point." So what the heck happened? Specifically, why would Fox renew Tru only to scrap it before a single episode of the show's second season aired? Blame the new supernatural soap Point Pleasant, which Berman felt was a more compatible Thursday-night companion to The O.C.. Translation: If you wanna get back at Fox for axing Tru, don't watch Point Pleasant.
