I have watched a few episodes of "House" and I liked the show but now I dont see anymore episodes airing when I check my TIVO and I am wondering if it is still on the air.

Prognosis Good for FOX's 'House'
It conflicts with TAR so perhaps people are taping it.

Apparently its drawing a signifigant amount of more viewers than its weak lead-in "Rebel Billionaire" which hopefully will show Fox that the show has a following. They really should pair it up with 24.

FOX Extends Its 'House' Stay to 18 Episodes
By Brian Ford Sullivan
LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX is keeping its Tuesday drama "House" on staff as the network has ordered five additional episodes of the series, bringing its season total to 18 installments.
"House" has quietly become FOX's most-watched drama series this season, averaging 6.69 million viewers through its seven airings, even outperforming "The O.C." (6.40 million) on average. More importantly, "House" has been building significantly from lead-in "The Rebel Billionaire: Branson's Quest for the Best" (4.23 million on average) as last week's installment posted a stunning 84% growth from the struggling reality series.
While traditionally most series consider a full season to be 22 episodes, "House's" late start means that 18 installments should be more than enough to cover the 2004-05 season.

I'm glad. This is a fun and interesting show.
I have been disappointed to find the last two my TiVo recorded were repeats. Why can't my FOX affiliate get the info on shows right? I keep getting ancient syndicated SIMPSONS episodes too.

Fox aired 7 new episodes straight from Nov 16 through Dec 28. Jan 4 was a rerun, Jan 11 was a 2hour episode of Rebel Billionaire instead of House, and Jan 18 will be a 2hour American Idol instead of House. House will return with new episodes on Jan 25.
Thats why it feels like it hasn't been on in a while.

I love the show too but they need to develop the support characters more and storylines outside of the 'medical emergency of the week' for the show to last.
House is an awesome character but he needs other characters to play off. They need some kind of recurring villian in the show.
