DVD Profiler has a feature like this, although I don't just want to add a title to my wishlist if I have seen it.

I would like to be able to list the movies (or DVDs) I have seen, the dates I saw them, and maybe a quick ratings scale.

Manipulation of the data would be nice, from totals watched, to genres most watched, etc.

My Movies at IMDB seems pretty basic, I can list the date, but I don't see much data manipulation. Also, since IMDB doesn't show DVDs, adding "By Brakhage: An Anthology" for example, would require that I add every film on the DVD, instead of just adding one title.

The two that come to mind.

http://www.dvdspot.com/index.php (obviously will only include titles released on DVD but meets other requirements)

http://www.movielens.umn.edu/main (also meets requirements minus being able to list date viewed)

Both highly recommended.

I use the "2005 Rank Them As You See Them" thread right here. It's cool looking back, seeing how many movies you actually saw.

Although I don't use that feature myself, it's a quick, easy way of getting together a list of watched DVD's...
