Slacker: I can't stop watching the JFK conspirary scene-got any faves?

I've been watching "Slacker" and have now seen the JFK conspiracy scene eight times.

I love the way the actor (John Slate) is so specific with the bystander's names and titles like they're famous. Plus some of his wording is hilarious and his body language with the air quotes.

Anyone like that scene or have another favorite from the flick? The whole scene with the failed newspaper purchase and crazy woman talking about traumatizing with sexual intercourse "I should know. I'm a medical doctor. I own a mansion and a yacht" is also great. Plus the pap smear scene is not too shabby. Etc, etc.

Some selected quotes from the JFK scene that I found funny:

"Oh yeah, you know me. I've been keeping up with my JFK assasination conspiracy theories."

"yeah yeah"

"Mrs. Aquilla Clemons who was that maid who lived on Patton Street"

"Sam Holland, the prince of the puff of smoke"

"Best Evidence-that's the one with all of the head snap stuff. oh yeah, oh yeah."

"second by second account of the entire tragic sequence. oh yeah, oh yeah"

"Mrs. Erlene Roberts who was Oswald's landlady and stuff"

"Tit Tit"

"Breakfast of infamy. Yeah, yeah. You know the waitresses went on record in the Warren Report as saying that Oswald didn't like his eggs and used BAAAD language"

"Profiles in Cowardice or Conspiracy A-Go-Go"

"JFK and Jackie were speed freaks. They were hopped up on amphetamines day in and day out"

"Dr. Feelgood. It's just crazy. It's just crazy"

"The Jackie Kennedy issue that's got those wonderful articles like "How I Told The Children" and "Why The Eternal Flame" and all that stuff"

"startling information about Jack Ruby"

"He was icing people at a pretty young age"

"when he went to silence Oswald"

Two scenes in particular that I liked were the one with the girl trying to sell the Madonna pap smear and the one with the bearded guy telling the one guy about aliens and everything.

I really like the drive back from the auto junkyard, with the creepy balding guy.

I wish the "hitchiker coming from a funeral" had his own movie.
