Ugh! Got a bad feedback for "selling a widescreen" DVD!
Well needed to make room, so sold my DVD of RETURN OF THE PINK PANTHER DVD at amazon, and the buyer leaves me this feedback with a poor rating ""It was the wide screen instead of the full screen edition. Me no like."
UGH!!!!! I guess this man wount be buying too many DVD's since majority is in WS!!!!

Did you note that it was widescreen on your auction?
Some people do want foolscreen and they deserve to miss the movie if they want it that way.

I know a guy who only watches fullscreen. It is because he has a 25" tv and he HATES the black bars. He figures pan and scan is good enough because it focuses on the action. I have brought over widescreen DVD's and he will use the zoom on the DVD player to fill the screen.
Plus, isn't it a little elitist to assume everyone wants a widescreen image? I can tell you, on my 90" projection screen I only want widescreen. But on his 25" tv it does look like one thin line.

You should leave feedback that says "if I ever see you in real life, I'll kick you in the nards". It doesn't bother me that some people like Full Screen more, but that guy's a jerk for leaving you negative feedback for something you didn't advertise and in fact doesn't even exist. If he wants the Full Frame version, tell him to send the DVD back and you'll send him a VHS.

Leave this:
"'Return of the Pink Panther' is unavailable (not to mention unwatchable) in pan-and-scan. Despite this, I would have refunded your money if you had expressed your dissatisfaction to me, the way you are supposed to, instead of going directly to feedback. Now I see no reason to. Cheers!"
Seriously, have you ever seen that movie pan-and-scanned? It's butchered.

If you haven't written anything yet, which is hard to resist, you can get the feedback withdrawn here.

Explain to the idiot..I mean buyer that the DVD is available in widescreen only and was clearly shown to be in your ad.

It amazes me that people focus on the black bars instead of the actual movie. Widescreen has never been a problem for me even on a 19 inch TV. You simply watch the movie and not the black bars or the coffee table or anything else outside the film image and you will be fine.
