What ever happened to Adaption?

I've been holding off on buying it because I know right after I do, the "deluxe" edition or what not that was supposed to come out will come out.

So what's going on with this title? Is it still coming or did I miss some news?

I assume you mean Adaptation?

Well, there's the Superbit version out, but I haven't heard of any other plans to re-release it.

I remember so many members on here proudly claiming they were gonna wait and buy the SE DVD. Well, where is it? I would imagine it would come out with the next Spike Jonze movie but when will that be?

I do remember seeing trailers for it, I think there was one on the Palm directors series one... or maybe it was the Tenacious D one.

Anyway I'm one of those waiting... and wondering.

I was waiting on a Special Edition for quite awhile, and it seemed likely with the trailer for it on the Spike Jonze DVD. But when I found it at Wal-Mart for $7.50, I had to bite. I won't feel too bad about upgrading when the SE comes out. I just couldn't wait.
