I just got an email a few hours ago. Blockbuster is offering a 20% off coupon. Also a coupon for 2 dvds for $15. I thought i'd mention it in case any of you don't regularly check your spam collecter email addresses.

Do you have to be a blockbuster online customer to use these coupons? I was going to sign up but wanted to see the coupons and such first.

Yes, you do have to be a customer. They are coupons that you print out, but they are individualized and only appear in your online account.

Yep, I got my coupons also. I think I will use the 20% off to use on GAME. Game Hardware is NOT allowed though

I went BB last night to use the 20% coupon...thought that $20 reg price for new title, minus $4=$16. I'll pay up a little and use some of my gift card credits....$22 for new titles. I've notice Hollywood Video sells their new titles for $20. I think HV used to accept competitor's coupons. I think I'll ask and post the results later for anyone interested.

I just used the two for $15 coupon on two $12.99 dvds (Spiderman 2 and Harry Potter Prizoner of Azkaban). The girl behind the counter looked at the fine print and said it stated for $9.99 and under, but said she would try it anyways. It worked, so now my kids have two movies tonight to watch. Just thought I would let everyone know that you can always tell the clerk to try and see if it works. YMMV.

Thanks....maybe I'll try it on 2 DVD's. We'll see. Also, they are ONE-USE coupons...but has anyone tried to print two and use them?

they are linked to your account, so the computer should know it has already been used and not allow it. however, i'm not sure if their system would track it to other stores.

The coupons are one time use only and are linked to your account. Once you use them at any store, they are marked as used.

I haven't been in a Blockbuster for years, though I did do the online rental trial and got the coupons. Do they charge MSRP for the new stuff at their stores?

Just used both of my coupons without any trouble.

I used the 2 for $15 on DVD's that were supposed to be $12.99, but it didn't matter.

I was using the 20% off for 2 new DVDs (T2 Extreme - with metal case, and Terminator special edition - with hologram). It only rang up a discount on one of the DVD's. When I pointed out that the coupon states 20% off on your purchases(plural), she credited my account for the rest.

Used my 20% coupon and some tradeins to get LOTR:ROTK EE Gift set for $6. I'm happy..dumped some crappy DVD's and got one I wanted.

Used the 2/$15 coupone and got the kid to let me slide on Memories (anime $12.95) and Pitch Black Directors Cut ($16.95) for $16.24 out the door as well.
