At 19.56, Amazon with STL might be the cheapest. Amazon doesn't charge tax for me, but if you order only that you'd have to pay for shipping. So, when purchasing it along with another free-shipping eligible item (another non-used dvd most likely) to make the total purchase at least $25, it would make it the cheapest.

Best Buy in my opinion has the best deal for it. Buy it and either a cheech and chong movie or how high for 20 total. In other words, 2 for 20 deal.

Not at my Target. It was 15.99 as expected. I bought it at Best Buy for the bonus disc, but I went to Target for KOTH Season 3 and they had Anchorman for $15.99.
