Auto-Cataloging program for music files?

I have all my music ripped to my HD (it got really annoying keeping putting discs in and out of my CDROM). But since it's quite a bit, I wanted to know if there was some program I could use that would automatically catalog my collection (maybe by searching the folder its in for the ID3 tags). Such a thing exist?

Well, with all of the major music programs (WinAMP, Windows Media, iTunes, etc...) when you import the files to the media library they are sorted by artist, album, etc... and are searchable.
