How can I find this tetris clone?

When I was in 8th grade, back in 1991, there was this Tetris clone that I absolutely loved and was never able to find. It had bombs that blew away the blocks. That was it, that one little thing I loved. Does anyone know where I can find a Tetris clone with bombs? Thanks!

Tetris Blast came out on the Game Boy. That is the only one I can think of with bombs. I'm sure it could be found on ebay.

Collapse is very similar and can be found on shockwave.com. It's a great game and I like it better than tetris. You can play the demo version which is quite addicting or download the whole game for a small price.

I have an old NES game called Pyramids that IIRC has bombs. It's not a great puzzle game, but an interesting diversion.

There is a game called Bombliss that seems to match your description, but I don't know if it was ever released as a PC game.

The only thing on Home of the Underdogs in the puzzle genre from 1991 that seemed like it could possibly be it is Super Tetris. Here's their description:

This follow-up to the hugely popular Tetris didn't do as well commercially, but it does offer a lot of neat twists to the falling block concepts: two-player mode, special items such as bombs that can clear away many blocks at once, and much improved graphics. Anyone who loves Tetris will love this game, except perhaps for a handful of purists
I'll check 1992 if you want.

I appreciate it Now that mention it... 1990-1991 7th grade, 1991-1992 8th grade, so who knows... but I'm pretty sure we had it from the beginning of the class.
