Gamecube Holiday Bundle w/$15.00 coupon and Mario Double Dash $99.88 shipped

J&R Music World

Select UPS shipping after the holiday....you have to check this box in order to receive free shipping. Your order will ship after Christmas between 12/26 and the first of the year.

Great deal considering there is no tax(NY Residents pay tax)....I will be selling the game which is currently selling on ebay for $35.00 or more and you get $15.00 to spend on a new gamecube game. With RE4 coming....I can pretty much guarantee I will be using it to purchase this game.

The coupon is inside the box for the future purchase of a Gamecube game.

The week of Black Friday, EB was offering this bundle with an additional game of your choice ($29.99 and under) for free. Now that was a great deal.

Exactly...the cheapest I could find it with tax was thru Gamestop at around $106 and change. I did not want to shop local so online was my only choice as far as I was concerned. As I mentioned in my original post.....I am selling the game which still sells high on ebay currently. I will have no trouble at all getting $35.00 as a buy it now on ebay. These games are selling brand new for $35.00-$40.00 on ebay. This is a great deal for someone who needed an extra system and did not need the game. We have the game and the $15.00 coupon will be nice for the RE4 release.

It was a good deal for those who could find a game they wanted for $29.99 or less. I can sell Mario Kart DD for more than $30.00. I would have liked to have found the bundle online which had the extra controller but the $15.00 coupon will work also. With this system, we will have four controllers now anyway.

Be aware that Gamecubes manufactured after May 2004 no longer have the digital output for high-definition gaming. Some people have found older units in the Metroid bundles with digital output, while others have found the newer units. I'm guessing the Mario bundle could pose the same problem. Instead of buying blindly, I ended up getting a barely used Platinum GC from eBay for around $70.
