Stewart was in good form. It amazes me how quick he is with the clever responses (I find that many comedians don't interview well). The only negative (and this is debatable) is that I think Larry King was so amused the whole time that he only took one call. I was looking forward to hearing Stewart banter with random people. They discussed, of course, the CNN Crossfire episode, the media boiling the country down to red state/blue state, the Republican cabinet resignations, being Jewish, and finally Stewart's son. The last 15 minutes were with ex-Daily Show correspondent Mo Rocca who I find very hit or miss. He was hawking his book about presidential pets which didn't exactly inspire me to run out and purchase it.

Yeah, it was amusing with Stewart in funny mode.
Though one thing I didn't understand was why they showed a couple of Letterman clips during the broadcast. Stewart had nothing to do with those!
