These are GREAT !!! Thanks all ! I have a card but did not get an email and I have ordered from them online a number of times.

One question - when do the codes expire ?

Since usually can only be used once (tried BNOFFER twice and rejected me second time saying already used), when do they expire ?

There are some things I want but they are preorder which worries me. I have never preordered from BN. I have seen the price change up and down. Which price do you end up with: the one at the time you placed the order or the last one ?
