I know this probably could have gone in Music Talk as well, but since movies are the actual main subject...
For me, I can't hear "Somebody's Baby" by Jackson Browne without thinking of Jennifer Jason Leigh in Fast Times At Ridgemont High. It'll be her theme song forever.

For some reason, this is my pick. I can't listen to the song without instantly thinking of the film. I hear the song, and it IS BttF. I can see the entire film playing out in my head when I hear that song.

That woulda been my next choice after Tiny Dancer/Almost Famous, infact any song i hear thats from Dazed and Confused puts me right into the scene it goes with but Sweet Emotion and Slow Ride probably stand out since they open and close the flick.

Although I love the movie "Chariots of Fire" whenever I think of the theme I always picture Clark Griswold (and family) running triumphantly in slow motion through the Wally World parking lot. It makes what happens once they reach the entrance even funnier. I would have punched the moose too :D

Yikes, where to begin:
Any Simon & Garfunkel makes me think of The Graduate.
Rawhide - The Blues Brothers
Van Halen - Everybody Wants Some - always reminds me of the dancing burger in Better off Dead
Melt with You - Valley Girl (I still love this song after 20+ years, and still lust after Deborah Foreman ;))
Blister in the Sun - Grosse Point Blank
Blue Moon - American Werewolf in London
Here's an odd one: I hear Thin Lizzy's "Boys are Back in Town" frequently on a local classic rock station which reminds me of the Busboys' song with the same name from 48 hours.
Of course, I always think of the opening credits of the Bond movies whenever I hear one of those themes.
Oddly enough, I think of Bubba Hotep whenever I hear any Elvis song now
Queen - Don't Stop me Now - Shaun of the Dead
