I own both those Curb sets, but that's a sweet deal on both of those. I almost wish I didn't own them just so I can take advantage of that. I don't think anyone I know is much of a fan of the series, so that exonarates me from having to purchase them. :)

I think something is wrong with me. Those prices don't do a lot for me.

I think part of it is even at 50% BoB and The Sopranos is more expensive then I'm willing to spend, that I just don't rewatch things enough to justify the expense over something like Netflix, and that one can watch atleast a few of them on reruns for free.

Good deal for those that are looking to buy them anyway though.

I might think I turned a corner and resisted a good deal but I'm sure something will seduce me in very short order.

Check out Amazon's $4.99 DVDs . . . they have a couple of the "Best of the Dick Van Dyke Show" volumes (Volumes 1 & 2 only). The DVD Show, in many respects, could have served as a model for Everbody Loves Raymond and, in fact, Ray Romano introduced the DVD "reunion" show earlier this year. I have both of these volumes and would recommend Volume 1 as it has the rare pilot show with Carl Reiner in the role of Rob Petrie.

I doubt it. Season 1 is probably only cheaper because it has 2 discs whereas the other seasons have 3 (except for season 5, which has 2 discs but is still the same MSRP as seasons 2-6).
