I found this deal with subscription to BB Online, they'll send you a e-coupon to redeem at BB for Bourne Supremacy. $17.49 a month with no minimum requirements. Sounds about as cheap as going to CC or BestBuy. What do you think?

Does this mean we could just subscribe for 1 month and than cancel?? Sounds like a great deal if this is the case. Can someone pls confirm.

I think so. It will cost you one month of membership fee but you have to remember to cancel it later or your CC will get charged monthly until you do.

If it's the same process as the Shrek 2 promo, you will receive a link to print out your free DVD coupon after you've signed up for the membership. You take the coupon to BBV and get your free DVD, and the coupon is one use btw.

So I guess it can be either widescreen or fullscreen, I guess it just depends on what the stores near you carry? I want widescreen but I don't want to sign up for this and then all they have are fullscreen.

You could wait and see what your local BBV has before signing up for the offer.

Lately when given the option between WS or FS, Blockbuster has been carrying WS. That said, I think that they will have the WS version.

Also, I know for a fact that Circuit City will have this for $14.99. Best Buy and Target will probably have it for $14.99 or $15.99 as well.

I just sign up for this. Along with the coupon for the DVD, I got two free rentals at BBV, including new releases. When I went into the store they had the "in-store" promotion for Bourne Supremacy at it was $30 for the DVD and 7 rentals. I think for half the price and get 5 rentals up front (2 in store and 3 for initial shipment) that this is a rather good deal. I wouldn't worry about BBV not having WS DVDs. Most of their for sale DVDs, at my store, are WS.

I did this last month for Shrek. I was able to choose between wide or full. I received the 2 in store rental coupons, as well as 2 more coupons; 2 previewed DVDs for $15, and 10% off a regularly priced item. Was able to cancel no problem.

CompUSA & Toys R Us will have them for $14.99 as well. I think that Sears will have it for that price as well.

I got in of the Shrek2 deal and have been pleased with BBO so far. The shipping has a little bit longer turnaround than Netflix, but the two free rentals and other discount coupons have been well worth it. I have been renting games with the two free rentals which amounts to 13.00 bucks a month for free game rentals, which leaves 4.99 for the movie rental part. Plus, the manager at the local BBV said that in March or April they will begin shipping your selections from the local store which should be a day turnaround or so. If anyone's on the fence, I'd say go for it.

I am very pleased, got two coupons and Bourne coupon immediately and got two new releases in one day, which was two days before expected arrival. I may even continue after one month.

but the cheapest price that I have seen so far is for Fry's at $13.99. It will probably only be on sale Tuesday though.

Can you pay the monthly online rental fee using a gift card? I searched their site and here but I can't find anything.

Wasn't there a multi-page thread a few weeks ago dealing with Blockbuster store credit and gift cards? I have searched for that and I can't seem to find it, did it get deleted?

No, there isn't way to sign up with gift cards. I checked into it when I signed up for the Shrek promotion, and a credit card was the only option.

Very nice deal, for only $2 more than I'd pay for Supremacy at Target I can get the Blockbuster Online deal. Nice, thanks for the post.
