Macy's Parade 2004

So far, same sh*t , different year.

The musicals seem to get dumber anually, and this year's offerings of one consisting of Elvis songs and another with Brooke Shields singing like Rosie O'Donnel aren't doing much to redeem it.

Uncle Sam balloon is back for the first time since WW II. We must really be at war now.

Ashley Simpson and Milli Vanilli would have felt right at home performing here.

I liked the new Sponge Bob balloon.

... and Bob and Luis are getting really old (see Sesame Street Float).

Bob and Luis? I thought that was Statler & Waldorf from The Muppet Show!

Was there really a parade taking place?!?
Would it kill them to actually SHOW a little of it!?

All I saw was terrible lip synced songs with equally awful, performances.
These combined to make this an embarassing mess as usual, and the gayest event ever.

My wife and I Watched a little bit of it at the beginning, and once Brooke Shields was done singing the song the play she is in, we were done.
