People have said that Vin Diesel could be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger, but for some reason I thought he'd wait a little further in his career to remake Kindergarten Cop.

Hey now. Don't be dissin' Mr. Nanny. While it was no Suburban Commando or 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain, it was still a fine piece of work.

I immediately flashbacked to Kindergarten Cop when seeing this, they should have called it Pt. 2 to guarantee some box office. I hope its a hit for him.

Entertainment Weekly already labeled this one as Kindergarten Flop.

It looks alright, first time seeing him in this sort of role, so looks amusing.

Forget Vin, I'll see this for Lauren Graham. She's playing the principal at the kids' school.

The crowd was howling at the end of the preview where Vin was driving a van pretty crazy-like, and swings the van into a parking spot on the street for the school, and one of the children stumbles out of the van, going straight for the ground, mumbling "Land!"

I saw an interview wih him on ET or one of those celeb news shows and he said he wanted a project he could let his nieces and nephews watch since every movie he is in is adult oriented. I can live with that.

Family pictures at Disney: another sign your career is almost over.

It's direct-to-video for Vin after this.

Saw the trailer at the National Treasure showing. It was hilarious, the whole audience was laughing. Now with comedies often times the best lines are all given in the trailer, but the flick has potential.

The trailer was actually pretty funny. I'm not a Vin Diesel fan except for The Iron Giant but I'll reserve judgement on this one until I hear more.

why would his career be over for making a disney film? almost every so-called "adult" movie he has made has sucked bigtime. his only good movie was a "children's" oriented one, iron giant. this new comedy will probably be his best movie, which may or may not be saying much.

I didn't see anything in the trailer that I haven't seen done better before, so count me out.

Direct-to-video for Vin after this? Bullshit, I don't think so. Out of all the films where he has played the lead, only one has "flopped" (that being the recent Chronicles of Riddick). Last time I checked, The Fast and the Furious and xXx both made $100 million plus at the box office. I don't think the majority of people went to see those two films for Paul Walker and Asia Argento.

Vin Diesel is just trying to broaden his audience with this film. At the moment, his core fanbase consist of teenagle and young adult males. Come on? Pitch Black? Boiler Room? Knockaround Guys? Did women and children see those movies? No. Well then again, nobody did see Knockaround Guys....

I'll admit there were a few funny scenes, but I saw this trailer right after the trailer for a new Ice Cube movie where he takes care of some girls kid. The movies looked very similar. I guess I have just gotten tired of this premise.

Although I don't think this movie looks very good I have a feeling it will open at #1.
