Help with name of French movie (should be easy)

I've tried searching IMDB but can't come up with a match.

This is a recent French movie (I am guessing withing the past five years or so, but it could be longer ago).

The plot concerns a young woman who works in a construction office who is hard of hearing (and can read lips). She has to hire an assistant, which she doesn't really want to do, but winds up hiring a young man who is an ex-con (or at least petty criminal). Their relationship becomes more complex when they both get involved with the ex-con's shady associates.

This one should be easy, as the French/office/hard of hearing/assistant combination would be a bell-ringer for anyone who has seen this.

By the way, in my opinion this is an excellent movie (97% fresh at RottenTomatoes.com). It's a Columbia DVD with their typical high price ($29.99) :( but foreign film fans (or just good movie fans) should like this. It features a very unusual relationship between the male and female leads -- it isn't driven by romance, at least not in a conventional way, but other motivations.
