Charlie and the Chocolate Factory poster

Can't tell much other than it has a neat design. I wonder what burton did with it. But with those two together, it has to be a winning combination.

Must be the pale skin, because the first thing that popped into my head when I saw this was Edward Scissorhands.

I really like it. It shows Burton isn't going to stray away from freaking out the little kiddies. I can't wait until we see more media from the film

What an odd looking poster. Seems like something a fan would make... I mean, the hat looks like it was photoshopped in badly.

He IS dying, isn't he...or am I remembering the original movie wrong? I thought that was why he was passing the factory along to Charlie.

Looks good. My first thougt when I heard about this is that was that it was perfect for Tim Burton, hopefully this won't be another Planet of the apes 2001!. Danny Elfmann is doing the score so thats good.
Here is another pic.

I immediately thought of Clockwork Orange when looking at the image, with the figure in that pose.

Gene Wilder IS Willy Wonka. Johnny Depp is a pale imitation.

I think he looks good. The last thing in the world I'd want is Depp to just do a Wilder impersonation. Depp has an incredible task ahead of him as Wilder's Wonka was quite memorable, so to differentiate himself will be necessary.

Anyway, I like the poster. Burton is making it so...I'll watch it.

I was about to ask if I was the only one who doesn't find "Soundtrack by Danny Elfman" to be good news. Guess not.
