DVD Talk review of 'She Killed in Ecstasy'

I read Ian Jane's DVD review of 'She Killed in Ecstasy' at: http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=13106 and he failed to mention how this release is cut by three minutes. The previous release by Synapse runs about 77 minutes while the new Image DVD runs about 74 minutes.

Thanks for pointing that out. A quick comparison only shows a few trims to scenes here and there but they're cuts none the less.

No problem, I didn’t even notice all the cuts at first and it looks like the Image DVD also contains alternate footage in a couple scenes.

Well that could be a problem, as the Synapse disc is out of print.

I sold my Synapse DVD after doing comparison review for my web site. The Image DVD may be cut by a few minutes; still it blows away the Synapse release which is one of the worst looking transfers any non-budget label has ever released to date on DVD. If anyone is really interested you can still buy the Synapse release pretty cheap here: http://www.xploitedcinema.com/dvds/dvds.asp?title=390
